Casper Play

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 13 September 2026

Casper Play (“the App”) is operated by RabbitEye AB (“we”, “us”), Sweden. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

How we use it

We do not sell your personal data.

Sign in with Apple / Google

If you choose Sign in with Apple or Google, authentication is handled by Apple or Google and Amazon Cognito. We receive an identifier and the email the provider shares with us (for Apple, that may be a private relay address). See also Apple’s Privacy Policy and Google’s Privacy Policy.

Where data lives

App data is hosted on Amazon Web Services (region eu-north-1, Stockholm area), including database storage, object storage for images, email delivery, and authentication.

Retention

We keep account and message data while your account is active. You can delete your account in the app (Profile → Delete account) or by contacting Support. Message history in shared chats may remain visible as “Deleted user”. Backups and logs may persist for a limited period after deletion.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal data, or object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

Children

Casper Play is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
